Exhale in His Presence

"In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength." – Isaiah 30:15 (NIV)
There’s something sacred about the quiet moments at the end of the day. The noise fades, the pace slows, and your soul finally has space to breathe. This is where strength is found—not in striving, but in stillness. Not in doing more, but in trusting more.
God doesn’t need you to fix everything before you rest. He simply asks you to come to Him, to lay down your striving and find your strength in surrender. This is where true peace lives—in the stillness of trust, in the quiet where His Spirit speaks calm over your heart.
You don’t have to prove anything tonight. You just have to be still and remember: He is God, and He is with you.
Before you go to sleep, take time to be still. Turn off distractions, quiet your heart, and rest in His presence. Whisper your trust back to Him. Exhale the stress, inhale His peace. You are safe, you are loved, and you don’t have to hold it all together—He’s holding you.
