Morning Devotional - God’s Love for You This Morning

Good morning, brothers and sisters in Christ! As we begin another day, I want to remind you of something powerful, something that can shape your entire day, no matter what you face: God loves you. His love for you is unshakable, unbreakable, and unchanging.

Scripture: Romans 8:38-39 (ESV)

"For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord."

In Romans 8:38-39, the apostle Paul speaks with absolute confidence when he says, "For I am sure..." This confidence comes from knowing, deeply and personally, the love of God that is found only in Jesus Christ. Paul lists a series of powerful forces—life, death, angels, rulers, the present, the future, and anything else that could come against us—but he declares, with certainty, that none of these things can separate us from God’s love.
