No More Shame

No More Shame

Scripture:

"Those who look to Him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame." – Psalm 34:5 (NIV)

Shame is a quiet thief. It doesn’t just remind you of what you did—it tries to convince you that it’s who you are. But God’s Word says something different. Those who look to Him—who lift their eyes and hearts toward Jesus—are radiant, not ashamed. That’s the power of grace.

Shame tries to keep your head down, to make you hide from God, from others, and even from yourself. But when you lift your gaze to the One who redeems you, shame loses its grip. In Christ, you are not marked by your failures—you are covered by His glory. His forgiveness doesn’t just cleanse your past; it redefines your identity.

There is nothing in your life that God cannot redeem. Not one moment, not one mistake, not one scar. His grace is strong enough to erase the stain and restore your shine.

When shame whispers today, answer it with truth. Speak this over your heart: “I am not what I did—I am who He says I am.” Choose to look to Jesus. Let His love be the mirror that reflects your worth. Walk through your day not hiding in shame, but shining with grace.
