Resting in God’s Wisdom

As the sun sets and the day comes to a close, have you taken a moment to reflect on God’s faithfulness today? Every sunset is a reminder that God remains in control, just as He has since the beginning of time.

This morning, we marveled at God’s wisdom in creation. Tonight, we rest in it.

God’s wisdom is not just seen in the beauty of the world around us—it is at work in our lives. Every challenge, every blessing, and every moment of today was known by Him before it happened. When we lay down to sleep, we can do so in peace, knowing that the same God who holds the universe together also holds our lives.

Psalm 104 reminds us that the earth is full of God’s creatures. Every living thing depends on Him for sustenance (Psalm 104:27-28), and He never fails to provide. If He cares for creation so perfectly, won’t He care for you?

Prayer:

Father, as I end this day, I thank You for Your wisdom that guides all things. Help me to trust You with every joy and challenge I faced today. I lay down my burdens and rest in Your care, knowing that You are in control. Give me peace as I sleep and strength for tomorrow. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
