Safe in His Hands

Scripture:"Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous be shaken." – Psalm 55:22 (NIV)
You weren’t created to carry everything. That’s why God invites you—not commands you, but gently invites you—to cast your cares upon Him. He never intended for your soul to be overloaded with burdens and anxieties. He knows how heavy life can feel, and He doesn’t want you to hold it alone.
Surrender isn’t something you do just once in the morning—it’s something you return to, moment by moment, even at the end of the day. When you lay your head down tonight, you don’t need to hold what He’s already offered to carry.
When you release your cares, He promises not just to carry them—but to sustain you. His strength is constant. His hands are steady. And you are always safe in His care.
As you prepare for sleep, pause and ask yourself: What am I still holding that I need to give to God? Speak each care out loud and cast it onto Him, one by one. Don’t take it into tomorrow. Let surrender be your resting place tonight.
