Seen and Loved

Scripture:"You have searched me, Lord, and You know me." – Psalm 139:1 (NIV)

As the day comes to a close, you may find yourself reflecting on the moments where you felt overlooked, misunderstood, or unnoticed. But in every moment—God saw you. In every thought, in every emotion, in every breath—you were never unseen.

There’s something profoundly comforting about being known by God. Not just the polished version of you, but the real, raw, unfiltered you. And still—He loves you deeply. He doesn’t flinch at your weakness or withdraw from your honesty. He draws closer. He delights in you.

You are not forgotten. You are not hidden. The God who made the stars also pays careful attention to your heart. And He’s watching over you with love even now.

Take a moment before you rest to thank God for seeing you today. Think back on where you felt unseen, and let Him speak His affirmation over those moments. Whisper this truth to your heart: “God, You see me. You know me. You love me.”
